Refund Policy

We offer 30-day returns on all unused items in original condition. Email support@phasewellness.store with your order number to start a return. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of receiving your return. Damaged or defective items are replaced free of charge within 7 days of delivery — just email us a photo. Opened intimate wellness products and opened supplements are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
